Ed Emmanuel was one of the first Driver's Ed instructors to be certified on Guam. He has been an fully certified educator for over 35 years. Together with the other instructors, we bring over 75 years of experience and professionalism. We seek to provide quality service for each of our students.

TLC has proudly been preparing students to take the wheel since 1995. During this time, we have done our best to not only help students understand how to be safe and responsible drivers but navigate the rules and requirements to get their license.

We are a proud member of the National Safety Council and fully certified to provide defensive driving courses for commercial requirements and government mandates.
