Road Exam
Last step to get your license
If you took the Written Class or Road Hours, you can NOT take the Road Exam with us as per DMV regulations.
We are certified Road Examiners. If you took the Classes & Road Hours at another school, you may take the test with us, to qualify for your Driver's License. You will need to provide your Road Hours Certificate, Legal ID (Passport, Military or Guam ID), your permit and your designated driver's license. Remember, you can not take the Road Exam with us, if you were our student. Please send us an email containg your name, age, and contact number to start registering for your road exam. For the subject, just put road exam. If you are a minor, just include one of your parent's email, or you can register and make the payment at our office. For the road exam, we provide the vehicle with no additional charge.

Hours of Operation and Services
Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday between 2-6 PM and on Friday we are open from 2-4 PM; we are closed on the weekends.
TLC provides all the services you need to get your Driver's license, outside of the Department of Motor Vehicles. We look forward to helping you achieve your dream of driving on Guam's roads.

Classes
To get the certificate needed to take the Written Exam
The first step to get your license. Whether you are a beginner, your licensed expired or have an off-island license, this is where you start.
Hafa Adai! Our class can be taken online or face to face. Our online class includes your study material, practice tests on google classroom, your two zoom sessions, and your certificate. Your study material can be emailed to you, or you can pick up your study material at our office. Once you receive your pakcet, we will send a google classroom invite to the students email address. After the two zoom sessions, you will then receive your certificate. For taking the class face to face, after you register, you will receive your study material to get ready for our practice tests. You can take your practice test, anytime that we are open. Once you pass all of your practice tests, you will then need to attend two module sessions. After those are completed, you will receive your certificate.All of this is covered in the $75.00. If you are interested in registering, send us an email that you are registering for classes, or you can register at our office. All you would need to bring is your valid ID (Guam ID, Military ID, or Passport). If you are a minor, you just need to also include one of your parents email, or have them present with their Drivers License when you register at our office.

Hafa Adai. Before you move on to the road exam, you are required by law to take road hours sessions at a driving school. For our road hours session, it is a hour to an hour and a half of driving in which we will be getting you ready for the road test. We will be teaching you the proper techniques for taking the road test, and we will be teaching you how to parallel park. Once you complete your road hours sessions, you will receive your certificate to move on to the road exam. We provide the car for your road hours session.
Cost: $120.00 for students
Cost: $130.00 for non-student
After you have practiced driving with your Designated Driver for 50 hours, we will help you prepare for the Road Exam.

Chauffeur Classes
Having trouble passing the chauffeur's test. Our instructors can assist you.
You do not need this course to take the Chauffeur's Test. But if you are struggling to pass, we are here to help. Our course has been shown to be very effective in helping students to pass. Please give us a call for more information.
Defensive Driving
Whether to fulfill company or government policy or a court mandate, we are certified instructors by the National Safety Council. Please call for more details.
